When I compared the two, miles down was great for general concept knowledge with some indepth stuff for high yield material. Jack Sparrow is great too, but also has a good amount of low yield material cards. I did miles down because it was easier to learn for me. Good luck to you! I would try out a more comprehensive deck like JackSparrow or Rebop. I used JS personally and having all those low-yield items memorized was a game changer for me when I took the exam. Perhaps anki is not the way for you. I used pure practice questions for my methods, and they had helped me very well.
